Customer Service Intern:

As a Customer Service Intern, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. You'll learn about the fashion industry's best practices, our product lines, and the strategies that drive our customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
        • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, live chat, and social media with a friendly and professional demeanor.
        • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
        • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Order Management:
        • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
        • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
        • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve any customer issues.
  • Service Improvement:
        • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
        • Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal clientele.
        • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Marketing teams to help us improve our services.
  • Learning and Development:
      • Participate in educational sessions to understand product specifics and brand values.
      • Assist in the creation of training materials for future customer service excellence.
      • Engage in team meetings to discuss customer service trends and upcoming initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program related to Business, Communication, Fashion or a related field.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
